FAQ

Questions families ask before booking

Is the assessment really free?

Yes, completely free, and you don't have to sign up for anything. The care plan is yours to keep.

How much does care cost?

Every plan is different, so you'll get clear pricing at your assessment. We accept private pay and long-term care insurance, and handle the LTC claims for you.

How soon can care start?

Often the same day, even if a hospital discharge has been moved up. Our team is available 24/7, 365 days a year.

How will we stay updated on their care?

Through our online Family Portal and regular updates from your care team. Our office is reachable 24/7 if you ever need us.

What happens at the assessment?

A care coordinator visits your loved one at home, with family there too. It takes about 30-60 minutes.

Which areas do you cover?

11 towns across Mercer County, from Princeton, West Windsor and Lawrenceville to Ewing and Trenton.

My parent says they don't need help. What then?

That's very common. We can include them in the conversation and start small, perhaps a few hours of companionship a week, and build from there.

Can we change the plan or caregiver later?

Anytime. Adjust hours or type of care as needs change, and if a caregiver isn't the right fit, we'll swiftly make a change.
